1. Store Overview

SnarkySpa sells print-on-demand merchandise made especially for each customer at the time of purchase. We do not hold inventory, and all items are produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners.

2. Ordering & Payment

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • all information provided is accurate

  • you are authorized to use the payment method

  • orders cannot be changed once production has begun

Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice.

Payments are securely processed through Squarespace’s integrated payment processors. We do not store or have access to full payment details.

3. Production & Shipping

All items are produced by third-party partners (such as Printify vendors).
Production and shipping times shown on the website are estimates, not guarantees.

Delays caused by carriers, customs, high-volume seasons, or incorrect addresses are outside our control.

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Replacements

Because products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or color/placement preferences.

We will replace items that arrive:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • misprinted

  • incorrect

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including designs, graphics, logos, text, and product images—is the property of SnarkySpa.
You may not copy, reproduce, or sell any content or merchandise designs without written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

SnarkySpa is not liable for:

  • shipping delays or lost packages caused by carriers

  • technical issues on third-party platforms

  • indirect or incidental damages

  • user errors (such as incorrect addresses or sizes)

Your sole remedy for defective items is a replacement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
