Shipping Policy

Because all SnarkySpa products are made-to-order through our trusted Printify production partners, shipping times and carriers can vary depending on the item you purchased and the print provider fulfilling your order.

We don’t hold inventory — everything is produced just for you — so delivery estimates are based on the production partner’s timeline, not in-house processing.

Production Time

Most items are printed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days, though some products may take slightly longer during peak seasons or high-volume periods.

Each product page includes a typical production estimate, and your tracking email will include updated information once your order ships.

Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on the print provider, shipping destination, and chosen shipping method. In most cases, orders arrive within:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after production

  • International: 7–21 business days after production

These windows are estimates and not guarantees, as carrier delays are outside our control.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be fulfilled by different Printify partners. This means your items may arrive in separate packages and possibly on different days. Each item will receive its own tracking number once shipped.

Tracking

Once your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking email sent automatically from our store. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Shipping Issues & Missing Packages

While SnarkySpa isn’t able to contact carriers on your behalf, we’re always here to help point you in the right direction. If your tracking hasn’t updated in several days or your package is marked “delivered” but missing, please reach out and we’ll assist with next steps.

For damaged or defective items, please see our Return Policy — we will absolutely replace items that arrive with production issues.
