Return & Exchange Policy

Because all SnarkySpa products are made-to-order and printed just for you, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for things like size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Print-on-demand means your item is created specifically when you order it — which helps reduce waste, but also means we can’t restock or resell returned items.

That said, we always want you to love your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

We will gladly replace your item if:

• it arrives damaged or broken

• it has a printing flaw or production defect

• you received the wrong item, size, or design

Just send a quick email with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We are not able to offer returns or exchanges for:

• wrong size ordered

• change of mind

• buyer’s remorse

• slight color variations due to screen differences

• late package arrival caused by the carrier

Every item is produced individually, so we appreciate your understanding and support of small businesses and sustainable production.
